These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Klipzy (klipzy.co.uk), operated by Ravon Tech Solutions Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using Klipzy in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Klipzy. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly provide services to anyone under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You may not share your account with others or transfer it to another person. Notify us immediately at klipzy.contact@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
Klipzy is an AI-powered video clipping tool that processes video content uploaded by you and automatically generates short-form clips. The service includes video upload, AI-based clip selection, caption generation, and export functionality. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
You retain full ownership of all video content you upload to Klipzy ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process, transcode, analyse, generate clips and captions from, temporarily store, and export Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Klipzy service to you. This licence ends when your content is deleted from our systems (see Section 1.10).

We do not claim ownership of Your Content. We do not use Your Content to train, develop, or improve any AI model.
We make no representations or warranties that any generated clips are free from third-party intellectual property claims. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any clips you create, download, publish or monetise do not infringe any third-party rights or violate any laws. We reserve the right to refuse to process any video that we reasonably believe may infringe rights or violate these Terms.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ravon Tech Solutions Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

Klipzy respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (CDPA) and other applicable copyright laws.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload and process any content through Klipzy. Uploading content you do not own or have rights to is a breach of these Terms and may constitute copyright infringement.

We will investigate and respond to valid takedown notices in accordance with applicable law.

Uploaded video files and any generated transcripts or clips are automatically deleted from our servers within 3 hours of processing completion. When a new job is submitted, any previously stored transcripts and clips associated with your account are deleted. We do not maintain a permanent archive of Your Content.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your access to the service ceases and any stored data is deleted in accordance with our retention schedule.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
Klipzy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the outputs will meet your specific requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by English law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ravon Tech Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Klipzy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer based in the EU or Northern Ireland, you may also have rights under the law of your country of residence that we cannot contractually exclude.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of Klipzy after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
